Mega-Kap Air Filters

Mega-Kap filters with their nano media have lower energy consumption than ordinary synthetic filters because of their very low pressure drop and high dust absorption capacity.

The filtration industry has long sought a synthetic alternative with higher filtration efficiency and lower energy consumption for fiber glass. The Mega-Kap filters with nano fibers offer the same efficiency and pressure drop as fiberglass filters. However, the Mega-Kap filter fibers, like fiberglass filters, are not removed during the fabrication, installation, or use of filters.
Nano fiber Megapixel filters are designed according to ASHRAE 52.2 standards and the new standard EN779 and can be filtered using the most common bagging equipment and thus have lower production costs.

Mega-Kap filters have longer lifetimes than normal fiberglass filters, and their dust absorption capacity is 2 times as large as the traditional synthetic filters. The sum of these factors makes the Mega-Kap filters more economical and cost-effective.
In addition to the features mentioned above, the robust and up-to-date design of the Mega-Kap filters makes the opening of the filter bags open well, does not lose its shape filter inside the air-conditioning system, reduce installation time and result in the efficiency and efficiency of the filter climb up.

Media efficiency without charge and pressure drop
Nano fibers for a given efficiency have a much lower pumping pressure compared to standard synthetic fibers. This results in less power consumption of electrical equipment.

Media: Nanotechnology
Humidity:% RH 90
Working temperature: ° C 70
Pressure drop: Pa450
Frame: Galvanized, Plastic
Bag depth: 635 mm and 500 mm
Standard frame size: 592 x 592 mm and 592 x 287 mm

Longer life span
Very high dust absorption capacity
Fewer costs
Non-fading fibers
Less energy consumption
Efficiency and pressure drop

Compared with conventional synthetic fibers based on electrostatic charging, nano-fibers have the same efficiency, but the compressive loss of half the old fibers is uncharged.
Nano fibers can also be charged as needed. An electrically charged medium has a higher initial efficiency in suspended particles.
